This week we are discussing the tragic murder of Shelley Nance. She was a talented art student who was attending The Art Institute of Dallas in 2009 on scholarship when she was fatally stabbed 42 times by her boyfriend’s roommate. The motive for this case still has people puzzled after all of this time. The killer is currently serving life in prison for this crime. Is There a Serial Killer in Austin, Texas? You Decide!
This week we are sharing our discussion about the suspected Austin serial killer that may or may not be responsible all of the suspicious deaths that have occurred at Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas. There is much speculation as to whom is responsible and whether or not these mysterious deaths are linked. Austin police have been quiet and are shooting down any rumors of the deaths being related. We discussed this topic live on June 6th, 2024 at Henry’s Majestic during our live show.
Jennifer Leigh Day – Dallas, TX
Tonight we discuss the unsolved abduction and murder of Jennifer Day. Jennifer was one week away from her 15th birthday, when she was abducted from a local donut shop where she working that morning. She opened the store, served a couple of customers, and then vanished. At 6:30 AM a customer finds Jennifer’s personal belongings on the counter, and her apron on the floor. She makes a call to report the store empty. Jennifer’s body is found a few days later in an overgrown field 10 miles north of the donut shop. There are still too many questions to answer in this case. This will be the 39th year the family and friends of Jennifer have to go without answers to who committed this horrible crime.
