Tonight we discuss the 42-year old now solved homicide of Carol Joyce Deleon. The Texas Rangers put the pieces together, and DNA evidence pointed to Larry Allen West. West was arrested at his San Antonio home in April. We will keep you posted once an indictment and trial date are announced.
