This week we discuss the gruesome, double homicide of James Mosqueda and Amy Kitchen. James and Amy had been shot to death and found in the master bedroom of the home they shared. The person charged with the two murders, was James’s cousin, Ivan Cantu. Ivan is scheduled for execution on April 26th, 2023, just a month away. Evidence and testimony were overwhelming in the eyes of law enforcement and the Court. Ivan has always maintained his innocence and says he was set up by people that wanted to steal money and drugs from James, and murder him. He said that he saw Amy alive and well six hours after police report the duo was murdered.
