Guilty or Innocent-The Case of Stacey Stites-Part 1.

This week we dive into Part 1 of the murder of Stacey Stites. Stacey was 19-years old and had her whole life ahead of her. Her body is found in Bastrop County, approximately 15 minutes from her home. Rodney Reed’s DNA was found on Stacey. In 1998, he was convicted of her murder and sentenced to death. He has always maintained his innocence. Millions of people have signed petitions and the Innocence Project picked up Rodney’s case in 2012, all whom believe he has been wrongfully convicted. They are pointing the finger at Stacey’s then fiancee Jimmy Fennell, an ex-cop from Giddings, TX. He was living with Stacey at the time of her death, and was the last one to see her alive. Guilty or Innocent, you be the judge.
